Inspiration Affluence is a web design, marketing, and AI systems studio based in the Quad Cities region of Iowa and Illinois. This policy describes what information this website, our phone line, and our text messages handle and how.
This site has no account system and no forms that store data on our servers. When you contact us by email, the information you send (your name, email address, and whatever you write) lives in our email inbox. We use it to respond to you and to provide services you request. We do not sell it or rent it to anyone.
Our main line, (563) 635-6847, is answered by an AI receptionist. Every call is recorded and transcribed, and the AI says so at the start of the call. We use the recording, the transcript, and details you share, such as your name, business, phone number, and email, to respond to you, book meetings, and improve how we answer calls. Calls run through our phone and AI providers, Twilio and Retell AI, which process them for us under their own security and privacy terms.
If you agree to receive text messages from Inspiration Affluence, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you asked for, such as call follow-ups, meeting confirmations and reminders, and answers to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. The full messaging terms are in our Terms of Service.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations. If we enable Google Analytics, it collects usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how you found us, using cookies or similar identifiers. We use this only to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can block analytics with browser settings or extensions and the site works fine without it.
The homepage sky panel requests current weather from Open-Meteo, a weather API. That request comes from your browser and includes your IP address as a technical necessity, but we send no personal information with it. Links to client websites and external services on this site lead to sites with their own privacy practices.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Email correspondence, call recordings, and transcripts are kept as long as needed for the business relationship. Analytics data, if enabled, is retained per Google Analytics settings, which we keep at the shortest practical window.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will handle it promptly.
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
